He leaves behind his parents, Asbiel and Madelayne Benitez Fuentes; brother, Andrew Benitez; fiance’, Kimora Easley; children, Thomas Tanner Easley and Kimora Easley, as well as extended family and close friends. Andrew attended White House Heritage High School as a freshman, where he participated on its wrestling team and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him; our thoughts and prayers go out to this entire community during this challenging time. With his slight build and agility, Brett was quite the athlete and played soccer, baseball, football, tennis, and karate. He also loved skate boarding, bicycling, and motorcycle riding. He was a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout, making Star Rank. Blessed with a God-given musical talent, Brett had a beautiful voice and with just a few lessons, he played keyboard, drums, and guitar.

He was born March 8, 2009 in Nashville, TN to Asbiel & Madelayne Lopez Fuentes Benitez. He was a freshman at White House Heritage High School, where he played baseball and was on the wrestling team. Even though he participated in various sports wrestling held a very special place in his heart.

He began playing baseball at age 4 and it became, quickly, his #1 sport. Throughout his teens, many have said, he was impossible to strike out at the plate. After high school, Bobby began coaching 13 – 14 yr olds in the Greenbrier Youth baseball league. He taught many young men the value of a strong work ethic and to always respect the game and others.

Graveside services were conducted at 11am Friday, August 18th in the Spring Hill Cemetery on Dividing Ridge Road. Bob will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 60 years, Janice Hill Derby, daughter Trina Derby Fulton, son-in-law Garry W. Fulton and grandsons Timothy W. Fulton and Stephen M. Fulton. In addition to his parents, Mr. Baldwin was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Henley Baldwin. He is preceded in death by his brother, Craig Jordan; and his companion, Peggy Roe. Age 88 of Cross Plains passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Elite Elderly Care in Hendersonville. She was born October 1, 1934 in Clarksville, TN to Buist Gibbs & Hattie Bell Morgan Fletcher. She worked in various factory jobs over the years but spent most of her life working as a homemaker. She was a member of Cross Plains Church of Christ.

Funeral Services were conducted at 4pm Sunday, August 20th in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield with Bro. Graveside services were conducted at 11am Monday in the Springfield Memorial Gardens with Terry Watts, Bob Sneed, Chad Hunter, Brock Poole, David Dever, and James Allen serving as pallbearers. Funeral services were conducted at 2pm Thursday, August 24, 2023 in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Bro. Burial followed in the Greenbrier Cemetery with Will Lunn, Justin Couts, Brian West, Josh Callis, Michael Richter, and Tim Cliburn serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were Mike Eddings, Joey Smith, Jeff Smith, and the employees of Hollywood Feed.
